1. Offer price: The £9.99 first driving lesson is available only as part of the 10-hour Starter Package costing £300 in total. The £9.99 lesson is included within the 10 hours and is not an additional lesson.
2. Prepayment: The full £300 package price must be paid in advance before lessons commence.
3. New pupils: The £9.99 introductory offer is available to new pupils only and may only be used once per pupil.
4. Availability: The offer is subject to instructor availability and is only available in selected postcodes/areas. Availability of manual or automatic tuition may vary by area.
5. 30-day validity: The package is intended to be completed within 30 days of the payment date. Where lessons cannot reasonably be completed within this period due to instructor availability, instructor cancellation, illness or other reasonable circumstances, an appropriate extension may be agreed.
6. 48-hour cancellation policy: Pupils must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange a booked lesson. Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the lesson may be charged and deducted from the prepaid package where the instructor is unable reasonably to refill the reserved lesson time.
7. Instructor cancellations: If an instructor cancels a lesson, the lesson will not be deducted from the pupil’s package. Where necessary, the package validity period will be extended accordingly.
8. Lesson bookings: Lesson dates and times are subject to availability. Purchasing the package does not guarantee a particular instructor, lesson time or frequency unless this has been specifically agreed.
9. Postcode restrictions: The promotion may not be available in every postcode covered by Just Pass. Eligibility will be confirmed when the pupil enquires or books.
10. No cash alternative: The promotional £9.99 first-lesson element has no separate cash alternative and cannot be purchased independently from the £300 Starter Package.
11. Non-transferable: The Starter Package is for the named pupil and cannot normally be transferred to another person.
12. Suitability: Lessons are subject to the pupil meeting the legal requirements to drive and producing a valid provisional/full driving licence where required.
13. Statutory rights: Nothing in these promotional terms affects the pupil’s statutory consumer rights.
